Shirts, blouses, knitwear and tops here are simple and understated, yet they sit looser than office pieces: more air, a soft or slightly dropped shoulder, calm fabrics such as linen, cotton and knit. There is almost no decoration; everything rests on cut and material.

The jacket is a cornerstone of the wardrobe. The cut is straight and calm, the shoulder soft or slightly dropped, the length from classic to longer. Belts, patch pockets, tweed and a restrained check all work well.

Trousers, jeans, skirts and shorts keep a clean, calm line: straight or wide cut, waist-level rise, midi and floor lengths. Skirts are most often knit, denim or leather; mini appears more rarely.

Dresses are simple in shape: knit, shirt-style, denim, linen. For the evening the principle is the same – smooth, textured fabric and a calm silhouette instead of decoration.

Coats, trenches and jackets have a clear shape without stiffness: a straight silhouette, calm colours and natural materials such as wool, suede, leather and shearling.

Shoes are understated: flat or on a stable heel. Suede and smooth leather, wide straps, loafers and flats, ankle boots, cowboy and riding boots. A cluster of thin straps is no longer your story.

Bags have a composed shape in natural materials: suede, textured leather, textile, woven and quilted. Minimal decoration, calm natural colours.

Jewellery is elegant but with a natural irregularity: matte metal, uncut stones, unusual textures. Understated hoops, pendants, signet rings and fine bracelets.

Belts are wide, in suede and leather, in a natural range of colours. The buckle is simple, without large decoration.
